ReactGear offers a 30 day Return Policy

All Sales Final On Clearance Sale Items: No Returns

If you would like to return a product, email, and we’ll send you return instructions. When you email us, please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number (from the original order confirmation email)
  • The name or product number of the item you would like to return
  • The reason you want to return it

Once we have received your return and it has been inspected by ReactGear staff (usually within 3 business days of receipt), we will apply a credit, minus the original shipping charges, to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days. If the cost of your purchase was over $99 and qualified for our Free Shipping offer, returns will be credited for the cost of the item minus our shipping costs. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 additional business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please send any products under warranty directly to the manufacturer.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, this policy becomes null and void.

Please note that:

  • All returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • All returned products must be in the condition you received them with all parts and in the original box and/or packaging
    • Items not in original packaging or in severely damaged packaging, missing parts, or missing parts of the original packaging (for example: tags, instructions, identifying information, etc) will be subject to a 50% restocking fee
    • If we receive an item and it is not in new condition (for example: tags removed, clothing stain, obvious wear, scratched surfaces, used screws, etc), we reserve the right to not refund any of the purchase price, and we will send the item back at the expense of the original payment method
    • The condition of each return is up to ReactGear's sole discretion and is final
  • Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective
  • Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returned hats, headgear, footwear, socks or underwear
  • Due to Manufacturer restrictions, we can not accept returns for discontinued items
  • ReactGear ships only new equipment delivered directly from the manufacturers of the brands we sell on our site. All warranty concerns must be handled by the manufacturer. If you believe a product you received is faulty, please contact the manufacturer directly within 5 business days of receipt.
  • If you do decide to send back a product you believe to be defective, and we find that it is not defective, you will be not be credited for the shipping cost that we incurred to ship out your order. Additionally, if you received a pre-paid mailing label to return the items you believe to be defective, and they are not found to be defective, you will be responsible for that cost.

Can I exchange my item for a different size / color / model / etc?

We don’t offer a traditional exchange. Instead, what we recommend is that you purchase a new item and simply return the old one (follow the return instructions above). This allows you to get the new item as quickly as possible.

You'll receive a credit for the returned item as soon as we receive it and our inspection has shown that the item is in new condition.

We will gladly take any of the items back, however, there will be 25% restocking fee (and our shipping costs if you received free shipping).

Why must I request an RMA before sending items back to you?

We have created these return policies to ensure that you can be credited for any item that you do not want as quickly as possible. It is very important that you let us know what item you will be returning and why so that we may issue return instructions and we can ensure that you are credited for your items once we receive them. Items that do not have prior authorization and a RMA number associated with their return may not be eligible for a refund.
