If you're wondering about whether an item is in stock: We work really hard to ensure that if you can select the options you want on the product you are interested in purchasing, it's in stock. In short - if you can select it, we can ship it to you (and if you can't select it, we don't have stock in that item/option at the moment. New items arrive everyday, though, so check back soon!).

Orders

If you received an email confirmation about your order, you can rest assured that we received it and are working on getting your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our standard processing time is 1-4 business days. Orders with upgraded shipping methods receive priority.

If you did not create a password when you made your purchase, you will not be able to view your order status. If you would like to view your order status, please email us, and we will send you a temporary password within 1 business day.

Returns / Exchanges

If you would like to return an item purchased from ReactGear, send us an email with the following information:

  • Your ReactGear Order # (from the ReactGear Order Confirmation email)
  • The name or product number of the item you would like to return
  • The reason you want to return it

ReactGear does not offer a traditional exchange. Instead, we recommend you purchase a new item and simply return the old one using the instructions above.
